Use the correct amount of detergent. Did you know that front-loading machines don’t take as much detergent as top-loading machines? It can be easy to accidentally overdo it.
By using more detergent than needed, it can damage your clothing and cause build-up in the washing machine causing unexpected mechanical issues which can extend the time you spend at the laundromat.
Don’t leave your laundry items unattended. While rare, you never know what kind of person might walk by and take advantage of an open washing machine! Our facilities offer plenty of amenities, like free WI-Fi and TV which allow you to pass the time while waiting for your laundry and give you the opportunity to keep an eye on your laundry items at the same time.
Don't Overload the Machines. It can be tempting to want to get all your laundry done in one session. However, overloading a washer or dryer with too many clothes can damage the motor, cause excessive wear and tear, and even put a machine out of order mid cycle.
If you have a lot of laundry to do, consider taking advantage of our high-capacity machines which are designed to handle bigger loads of laundry and get you in and out quickly and affordably.
